Latrines and Hand Wash Stations Installed September 2014!
Keeping our hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others.
Thanks to a grant from Soroptimist International of Saratoga County, latrines and hand wash stations were installed in Rantlamouaie, Haiti.
These were the first to be installed in this village and very much appreciated by the people.
The design and building of the hand wash stations was led by
Cris Schrader of SEED, Sustainable Engineering & Environmental Design, PLLC.
The design and building of the latrines was led by Scott Underhill of AECOM, Latham and Michael Jensen, RPI.
Thank you for making a dream come true!
